I have had a Hensley Arrow for 2 years and I fully agree with everything said here about it. (Particularly that it is unbelievable when it comes to preventing sway.) The times I have had difficulty unhitching were few and due to my not making sure I had removed all tension from the connection.
If I do the following two things, I have no problems unhitching:
(1) Adjust the tongue jack so the gaps between the hitch bar and my receiver are about equal - both above the hitch bar and below the hitch bar.
(2) Make sure there is no tension at all on the spring bars.
Since I store the hitch bar in my basement when unhitched, I have resisted using any lubricant on the stinger as I don't want to "goop up" my basement.
For hooking up, I made a wooden stinger that I insert into the Hensley and then use a Sears laser level to get the hitch head aligned to the actual stinger in all planes. (Maybe a bit of over engineering, but it works for me and the DW.)
I don't use any lube either, it's all about the angles.
