Did the tune make a meaningful difference in your performance? I've always understood that tunes typically had a lot more impact in boosted applications.
I doubt you'll run into any warranty repairs on that engine/transmission within the warranty period anyway. That combo has a pretty solid reputation in terms of reliability.
