Congrats on the truck!
I have the 5-star tow tune on my 6.8 v10. I think what some people forget is that not everyone who gets a custom tune is after HP / TQ. With my V10 towing my trailer it would like to hunt a bit on the highway. With the tow tune he changed my shift points to rev a bit higher, this allows me to now shift as much on rolling stretches. The torque management was huge, but Mike does not remove 100% of it on the tow tunes as suggested unless you specifically ask for it.
I have noticed that after his tune my transmission temps run about 20 degrees cooler. Which for me is a big win.
