Lots of good advice. My standard suggestion is to rent a similar model for a week or so. You will learn a lot about TTs and RV life rather quickly.
We took a rental to the Ozarks for 10 days. We discovered what 10 mpg, 60 mph, towing and parking were all about.
Plus you will be able to visit the CAT scales and replace opinions with real axel weight numbers; "BEFORE" you have spent the big bucks.
