while traveling many leave their frig running on propane. I for one do not. the RV guys like the RV Doctor and Rv 101 guys say no do not travel with the frig running. I use reusable ice packs in the frig to keep my food cold and fresh. when I get to can and hook up I place the ice packs in the freezer to refreeze.
