Fleetwood Mallard early 2000's (pics added)

no longer relevant but thanks for the opinions guys. went with a newer smaller camper with a triple bunk. very happy with the find. only slightly more expensive. started another thread for it.

around 6k sounds good we have a 05 27' Fleetwood Pegasus that had been stored inside, very nice paid 12k for it. ours has a lot of onions. it seams to be a well constructed rv much better than a lot of newer rv's

My current is a 91 prowler. Im sure in 91 (when i wa 4) she was beautiful. Well bilt just gettin to mich to keep up and we are a tight fit.

I seem to be on par when you adjust for the lesser value of the Canadian dollar. We also have a LOT of trailers in the area. It was listed for 8K, price has been lowered to 7200. I am hoping to get this around 6. In reality its likely worth 6500-7000 but luckily for me there are a bunch of much newer rigs that are more modern and fancy looking around 10 for people to fight over.

This is the same price range I would shoot for as well. I Don't know values in your area.

If it is super clean, all components work as they should, and brakes, bearings, and tires (which are usually replaced every 5 to 7 years) are in good shape. And any and all paperwork and receipts provided then in my neck of the woods it would sell for $10,000 to $12,000. But before you buy and have access to an RV dealership or even better a mobile rv tech to do a pre purchase inspection.
