Had this flip foot on my previous TT and it worked great for four years, bought a new TT last August, put the flip foot on and seemed to be ok. Went camping that weekend and the thing would not flip until the last second hitting the ground and thus not allowing the foot to flip all the way down. Had to leave TT connected to TV. Got home and spend over an hour adjusting it. No good. Bought extra washers as the instructions said, still no good. Got mad enough I took it off and now am happy. Sold it to the neighbor who has had no problem with it flipping up or down. Must depend on the TT whether it works or not. I have no idea but I really don't need it. All is Good in camping land.
