We went and saw a 2011 Forest River Salem Lite 22 RKS. The former owner flipped the axles so we are wondering if that is safe and can we undo the flipping to lower the trailer to its original specs.Wh...

Axle flipping is a somewhat common procedure and done to increase clearance under rig.
As far as China tires most tire makers make tires in China including Michelin. The problem is with no name Chinese tires without any Quality control program. Before an argument starts Michelin does not send Chinese tires to the USA
