That IS a really nice area!! Our condo complex called Riverway, is at the end of Viera Blvd where it meets US-1. They will allow your truck to be parked there as long as it's not a "work truck" with advertising all over it. You'll still need a place to keep the TC, though. The HOA rules are NOT overly restrictive, IMO - or we wouldn't have bought there....LOL! And it's NOT a "senior" facility - we specifically wanted a place with a nice mix of all ages, including kids. They have 1000' of Intracoastal Waterway frontage; hiking paths, volleyball court, pool, and tennis courts.
