Bucky, the reason for the Flush King was to back flush to clean out the black tank. This based upon comments here on RVNet. However, after watching James - The Fit RV Guy, he convinced me that it was a false premise that it would keep the blank tank and sensors cleaner. Good advertising and sales hype, but it didn't seem to be as effective as thought.
As is, too many jogs to make the Flush King work. Adding a short slinky would just add jogs. I don't think I miss it. One less thing to have to hook up.
