Folding Caravans / Pennine Artemis?

I just came across this on youtube. Anyone heard of it before?

It's a hard side folding camper. It seems to work like an a-frame, but has a full roof like a popup. It opens up - not out like a popup or trailmanor.

It's not the most attractive thing I've seen, but I don't think there are any US manufacturers with a similar design yet...

The model the OP posted is a british trailer.

I know. But the OP was wondering about US manufacturers of similar design. I just pointed him to the only one I was aware of.
  • This is exactly what we are looking for!
    Thanks for sharing this
  • I never noticed those before.

Why would one choose an a-frame with limited headroom when you can get a folding caravan with a full height roof then? They didn't catch on?
  • Fleetwood Tacoma. They were built around 2008-9. Pretty pricey for the size. You can buy a new travel trailer for about the same money as a nice used Tacoma. Would be good for a couple with a smaller tow vehicle.
