Thanks, Do you know if there is any make & model info under the seat. I actually just sent a "contact us" message on Palomino's website and received an email back within 5 minutes saying to call the parts department. Pretty good customer service. I will call tomorrow but just curious if it can be purchased online for a better price if I had a make & model. Do you use that chair and how is it holding up/comfortable.
