Folding receiver hitch mounted rear step, Anyone seen these?

Just looking at it, I would be surprised this was available as a retail product. It looks shop built for a specific purpose. Thats a lot of steel. Looks like 1/4" side plates, 3/16" support wings, 1/8 channle boxed for the grip strut treads, which is kinda odd, unless its decking that was cut up. Other than heavy heavy, $100 finders fee would be the inexpensive part.

Too bad no pic of it folded over, onto itself I assume. If you had a working drawing I might visit a local fab. shop.
