I bought a Solid Fold about three years ago. It is not watertight, some water still gets in. The part I really don't like is it's kind of difficult to fold up. I'm 5'9" and the bedrails on my truck are about chin level so getting the three sections on the 8' model to fold up requires a lot of muscle.
