Can find wheels as cheap as $100/wheel for Pro Comps which are nice wheels and rated pretty high.
You'd be surprised how well the E rated tires work on the jeep. Remember that the Rubicon's came with E rated MTR's from the factory for the first few years..
That said, I run a minimum of a D rated tire on my jeeps these days. With the higher loads people carry now, even camping, and the faster pace modern builds travel at.. cuts down on flats considerably.
