A couple of comments;
* Don't get hung up on AT tires. Highway rated tires are typically the best for hauling heavy (plys/sidewalls/temp duty). A hwy snow flake rated tire (DG!) may be the best option for New England. AT tires tend to be more compliant and not as stiff (plys/sidewall) as Hwy rated tires...
I am unique in that my camper actually gets the least travel time in the summer/hot months. When it's 5 out and blizzard conditions that's when I'm getting in and driving to some mountain. Have had highway tires the past 5 years, Dura Grapplers, and worst decision I ever made for my use. AT tires I had before that had loads more traction. If I was doing a lot of hot weather travel on the interstate nothing would make more sense than the 19.5s, that's just not me nor my needs.
There are not a lot of 3500 SRW takeoffs available as GM switched to 8x180 in 2012 and didn't make the 3500 SRW at all until about ~2005. I remember never even seeing one on a lot in MA the first few years they were out, all 2500HD or 3500 DRW trucks. Considered this option before and got nowhere. Your setup looks nice though.

I ended up with 5 Vision Type 81 wheels, lug nuts, center caps (6 as I had to buy 2 extra open ones for my hubs) and 5 Toyo M608z tires for ~$3200. I would have been well under $3K for 4 of them. Just over $600/corner plus a spare..
4 new 16" wheels mounted and balanced with 4 285/75R16E BFG KO2 tires shipped to my door for $1400! 19.5s are over the top for my needs.
