Always use a setup list and a break down list, no matter how savvy a RV'er you are.
I went down the road with my stove exhaust fan flapping in the wind, It only took me 50 miles to actually figure out what was causing that darned noise!
Also, torque your nuts every once in a while, make sure they're all tight.
