This is not new. I remember when it was discussed on RV.net about a year ago too. As I remember from all the discussion, if you don't know how to back up a trailer now, this will only confuse you more.
I do know, (for me), backing has become such a "first nature" I just "do it!" I'm sitting here thinking to myself.... to back up the camper does the top, or the bottom of the stearing wheel turn the direction you want the rear end of the trailer to go? Try to visualize with my eyes closed, I think it's the top? I really don't know ... I just do it! Funny hum?
As stated above. Backing is usually not the problem ... it's all the stuff in the front of the truck you've got to watch out for, especially with tight campsites!
