I'm very familiar with the LBZ; the gold standard of diesel engines. Trucks with this engine in it are still commanding crazy prices because of this engine. If you doubt me just ask Rickatic!!! :B (If some other thread post it up, because I missed it.)
The LBZ was in the 6.0 era. Do you really want to go there and compare the two? If you do; I'm game! :B
