Very true. Our last GM product fit that category. It would hesitate for 2-3 seconds before accelerating from a stop. We took it in for trouble-shooting 8 times, and the problem was never found. Eventually the dealer said we were trying to drive too aggressively and the hesitation was normal! We escalated it to GM management, but they were useless. That's one of the primary reasons we switched from being lifelong GM owners to Ford owners.
So far, the service from my Ford dealer has been impeccable, and we really like the truck. If this is the only problem we have with it, great!
My biggest gripe is having to wait on both the TV and the FW before we can hit the road. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas.
