My 2013 runs 3.31 gears and I've gone to the taller 20" wheel and tire setup. It pulls hard and has no issue going up hills or getting up to speed. Most towing is done in sixth gear at highway speeds and it only drops down a gear on medium grades, two on the largest of the east cost grades. That will work the transmission 9 percent harder, and have 9 percent less torque to the drive wheels, than stock. I wouldn't have done it.
