If you want it done right, or done at all, do it yourself. If you do it yourself perhaps you could upgrade to a $70k truck.
My first oil change was free, dealer put in way too much oil. Took it back and they drained some, still too much. Took it home and changed it myself and measured the oil, was still 2-1/4 quarts too much. Had oil lab tested and it was the wrong oil, but no engine damage.
I can't even afford free oil changes, especially when they might damage my $60,000 truck. I guess I will continue doing my own work till they pry my wrench from my cold, dead hands.
