Many will slam the 6.0 just to have something to say. Yes I have an 04, put $4K into bullet proofing and it is a good truck. Now we dont try to move a 2 story house with it as we just dont have or want one, but we have a TT that we tow. Anyhow here is another point of view:

Read it, make the best guess decisions you can and then look at your options. on our last trip the 2 of us got about 13 mpg at 65 mph a friend with one of the 2 stories got about 10 and he was happy with his dodge as we traveled together. His truck runs ok, but when his wife rode with us for a while she was so happy to be able to think and hear herself talking without having to yell, yes he has a performance pipe for more power and noise. Mine is just a 4" gibson turbo back and very quiet. I have a hypertech econ tune he has nothing that I know of. He spent around a $1000 xmas before last when his fuel pump went out and he had to be towed so yes dodges fail also.
