While your at it, have them do a complete coolant flush and get rid of the Ford Gold******coolant. Replace it with Cat ELC coolant and add a coolant filter to your truck. This will help flush out any silica left in engine and give a coolant that won't clog up your new egr and oil cooler. Add a Scan Gauge II or equivalent gauge to you truck and monitor your coolant and oil temps. I did all of this to my 06 350 and it ran great until the other issues started creeping up and got rid of her. Good luck
