Ford Dually Rear Tire Stems hard to get at. Suggestions?

I am having a hell of a time getting at the valve stems to inflate my rear tires or air checks on my dually. The inside tires are the worst. What suggestions do you recommend? How about any of thes...

Mine came with small extensions on them instead of stem caps. I went to a local auto store and purchased the air chuck that has dual angled heads on it and measures the air without removing the chuck. Since the new air chuck has a rubber hose instead of being rigid is solved my problem easily.
