I wouldn't worry about the engines, either will work. I would worry much more about the weight of the camper and wether or not the truck has enough load carrying capacity. Looking here:

I see weight weights from 1,600 lbs to 2,800 lbs in base configurations. Match that up to the truck camper sheet on your truck, or to the yellow payload sticker (adding the weight of the passengers and stuff in the truck). The Superduty will probably be ok. You will need to be careful on the F150
