Ford is raising their fuel capacities.
On the diesel trucks it's raising the fuel tank capacity to 48 gal and the DEF tank to 7.5 gal. Ford tank capacity improvements Bill

I love my factory 44 gallon tank. If I wanted to push it that gives me a 300 mile range at 40 gallons 6 hours of driving! That's a bit much non stop So I stop around 2-3 hours in and top off and empty the personal black tank! ;) Even my old 97 Dodge conv. van had a 35 gallon tank. It`s about time Ford stepped up!
