Ford rear AC actuator obsolete part-Any other sources?

Took it to another dealership that has been doing work for me on other Fords and the part it needed was replaced. The part that was "supposed" to have been changed and failed within the year warranty period that they "claimed" was now obsolete was never replaced. The part that they say was obsolete was not needed. I couldn't believe what this dealership (Hawk Ford Oak lawn, IL)did to deceive and steal money from me. I have met many criminals with more character and honesty.
