Death wobble is a result of worn out/broken parts.
Steering dampers only hide the problem.
Check:
Ball joints
Wheel bears
The ENTIRE steering set up/system.
Tire balance
Lug nuts
The ENTIRE suspension set up.
Death wobble can be any combo of the above, so you must check them all.
