New truck may be in my future as well, and like Kayteg, I want a white, 2WD, supercab. Also in California, and also found that they are just not available except by special order. Does anyone know if the 2017 redesign will include a Supercab? This is an option that appears to be dying, Ram and GM no longer offer it. If Ford drops it as an option, maybe I should get busy and order one before it's too late.
On 4WD - not mentioned so far but the ride quality is worse. That and the ride height make it unattractive for me, even if the milage was the same. I would switch it on every 3 or 4 years maybe.
