Ford is still making supercabs, but the only I was able to find was cab&chassis about 1000 miles away.
I spoke to the dealer in AZ and they can put bed on C&C for me for slightly more than factory installation, so if you find C&C that meets your criteria - you can do it relatively easy and fast.
But that not likely is going to work if you want GPS and sliding rear window, not even talking about dual AC.
Dual AC is kind of important to me as my wife is cold-blooded and needs more heat than I do.
To get those - you need to add $12k to get Lariant option and go from there. ... go up I mean.
