I'm assuming the reference to the labor pool in Indiana is in one of the videos. I certainly would not consider this a negative. When we toured the DR plant in Millersburg where our ROO was built, about 95% of the employees were Amish. You'd be hard pressed to find a harder working bunch that take pride in doing the best possible job. They build what the designers design. DHs background was in manufacturing management and he said he wished he could have had such dedicated and committed employees. The man who gave us the tour commented that the RV industry is IT in that area and if they turn out junk their jobs will be gone, so they're working hard to do it right.
