LOVE the 264! We looked at that before we decided on our HTT.
Surveyor has a somewhat different build method than many TTs. You might check on either the Surveyor or the FR website to see if they have more info on it. We were impressed with it, even though we chose Rockwood both times.
Agree on "all the trailer we need" with our 2604.
