For an 8' camper it looks like a great truck. If you ever plan to upgrade to a heavier camper I'd look for a 3500 SRW or dually.
I don't know whose 8' camper you're hauling but mine is almost 3,000 lbs.
Yours must have a giant helium balloon attached to it or something.
