Found a new tow vehicle..Opinions on buying warranty

Finally I think I am sold on a newer tow vehicle to replace my Tahoe that I wasn't happy towing with.
I found and have a deposit on a 2007 Chev 2500HD 6.0 2wd Crew Cab w/4.10's gear ratio and ONLY 37,000 miles. This truck should have plenty of power (plus some) and stability to pull my 6,700# 27' trailer.
Here is the big question. Should I buy the aftermarket warranty the dealer has to offer?
The truck is a 2007 with only 37,000 miles and came out of Florida. Has no rust and underbody has been undercoated. The dealer is offering to sell a warranty through "Diamond" warranty company.
Warranties are as follows and they cover major components.
1 YEAR UNLIMITED MILEAGE: $ 995
2 YEARS UNLIMITED MILEAGE: $1,195
3 YEARS UNLIMITED MILEAGE: $1,395
4 YEARS UNLIMITED MILEAGE: $1,695
I am reluctant into buying another aftermarket warranty as when I bought my Tahoe I spent $700.00 bucks on a 3 year warranty and two years later got a letter saying "Great Lakes Warranty Corporation" filed bankrupt and I never got a $ back.
