Found a new tow vehicle..Opinions on buying warranty

Finally I think I am sold on a newer tow vehicle to replace my Tahoe that I wasn't happy towing with. I found and have a deposit on a 2007 Chev 2500HD 6.0 2wd Crew Cab w/4.10's gear ratio and ONLY 3...

I am not personally a fan of aftermarket warranties and would really only consider one on a complex vehicle that was prone to problems. I don't think the Chevy 6.0 likely falls into that category. I would say keep the money. Chances are you'll come out better in the long run.
