Two pieces of advice:
1. Research the company very well. Google them; see any good or bad? I read an article a while back that said 18 out of the 24 largest warranty companies have gone under. New ones sprout up every day.
2. Ask you local dealer or trusted mechanic which warranties they accept, which ones are good and which ones to avoid. Ask them if they've ever heard of this company.
