Found a new tow vehicle..Opinions on buying warranty

Finally I think I am sold on a newer tow vehicle to replace my Tahoe that I wasn't happy towing with. I found and have a deposit on a 2007 Chev 2500HD 6.0 2wd Crew Cab w/4.10's gear ratio and ONLY 3...

The ONLY after market warranty I ever had any luck with was the GM factory extended warranty. $25 deductible and never a any problems with getting anything fixed by the GM dealer. That is the ONLY way I would consider another extended warranty, directly from the auto company.
