Found a new tow vehicle..Opinions on buying warranty

Thw biggest problem with extended warranties is the "pre-exisring condition" clause....my daughter in law sells them and they use this as an OUT all the time. Example....fuel lines leaking= pre-exitsi g rust prior to purchase Hence no warranty coverage. Or, transmission slipping = prove the fluid was changed, or pre-existing condition due to lack of maintenance....avoid after market like the plague!!!!
