Found a new tow vehicle..Opinions on buying warranty

Finally I think I am sold on a newer tow vehicle to replace my Tahoe that I wasn't happy towing with. I found and have a deposit on a 2007 Chev 2500HD 6.0 2wd Crew Cab w/4.10's gear ratio and ONLY 3...

I would probably bank the money for the repair fund and forgo the warranty. The 6.0 motor is very reliable, so the likelyhood of having a hugh repair bill is low.
