Anything a trailer mfg can do to decouple the materials in a trailer will make for a quieter trailer. Dual or triple pane windows, extruded foam insulation, and non-resonant hard surfaces are all an improvement.
When I restored my Starcraft, I used Low-E sliders for windows. I also installed a foam product between the studs and the interior paneling.It is dead-quiet inside.
