Fram Air Hog filters
Anyone have any knowledge/experience with Fram Air Hog air filters? Do they come pre oiled from the box? Is there any other oil that can be used other than Fram? Your experiences/opinions will be appreciated.

- I had hot rods, modified classic cars 1/2 ton trucks fixed up trying to get extra horsepower for pulling. Been there done that. Come to find out factory equipment wins every time with the least problems in the long run.
- I though I was smart,put a K&N on my bornfree ,years back ,couple thousand miles later my mass air flow sensor was clogged up. ford guy said don,t do this again.

They are just like a K&N filter. Oil cotton design. You can use any brand filter oil you want.
My question is why do you want to go to this type of filter?
