Free oil change !
I got my free oil change on my 2014 Ram Cummins . Cost $326 . Three hundred dollars for two fuel filters . I guess I gotta check on do it yourself !

I have the same thing. I have to stand up slowly after working under the truck. Doc called it "positional vertigo".
You might want to find a good independent shop and provide your own filters and fluids.
