Not to disrespect you or your daughter but she will not survive in a camper in the winter with no shore power or heat.
Doesn't matter if she is an A student or not she certainly is not 'adulting in her own way' as you put it, to not know that living in a camper in winter in Utah without heat or shore power is NOT possible.
Camping in any type of RV new or used in the winter WITH shore power requires MANY upgrades and alterations to the RV to keep from freezing water pipes and the humans inside! And even at that it is usually not comfortable. And that is just usually done for a weekend of snow sport camping, certainly NOT living in it full time.
Have her sit in her car when its 28 degrees out and see how long she stays in the car.......because that is exactly what it will be like in that TC she bought.
Prayers sent out to you as a parent that you can explain the seriousness of her trying to do this.
Thank you rockhill, I totally agree. I don't have enough seniority on here to make waves but I will comment off of your comment If that's OK. My father has been full timing since he retired six years ago. He has an acre of land with power and sewer up in the country in Rome NY which probably isn't as bad as Utah but it's bad, really bad in the winter. He wintered one half of his first winter full timing up there and had a lucky warm spell and drove south. He **** near froze to death. He is in a 2012 35 foot bounder with his car in tow. He was sound asleep and the heat didn't reignite for some reason and everything froze. This RV is similar to a house and it couldn't do it. Good luck with what you have going on.
