Frequency & Intensity Of Awning Cleaning?
Gave up on my last awning, too far gone to make it look good again. My new awning was shiny white until my first trip, it now has those telltale brown dirt lines where the material rolls up on itself....

I usually give it a light cleaning after every trip, wet it with the hose and brush with car brush on extended pole and then rinse. A couple of times a year I will soap it and roll it up for a bit, then unroll and rinse. Three years old now and still looks new.
