Check out craigslist for a camper that has had it's fridge replaced recently but otherwise is a piece-of-crap. I did that and found a very nice, 6 month old fridge complete with a 8' camper that was pretty rotted out. I dropped the camper on the side of the house and after stripping and replacing my fridge, went in and salvaged a bunch of other 'good' stuff; water heater, fresh water tank, propane lamp. Lots of copper propane lines, propane tank, fans, etc.
I paid $500 for that camper and could probably part out that much more in pieces. The 4 jacks alone should get me a couple hundred.
