Hi If you open the freezer, do you notice a revolting odour? If so, that could mean the 3gas refrigerant is leaking out of the coil. The tubes usually leak in the area where the coil tubes go through the back wall into the freezer due to condensation buildup. if the back of the fridge is getting warm from the burner but not cooling inside this is likely your issue.
