Front stabilizing jacks
Are the front stabilizing jacks strong enough to hold up my camper? It would be for about an hour with no one in the camper. I want to change out my tongue jack.

NO! The stabilizers are not intended or designed to lift or hold the trailer. Either hook it to your truck or block it up under the frame/tongue.
