The front does not sway by itself. The whole camper sways and since the weight of the camper is almost entirely on the rear that is the most important area for any suspension upgrades. At one time I tried to solve the sway problem with Rancho shocks. I set the rear to maximum and was pretty close to maximum on the front shocks. The ride was harsh. Later I installed SuperSprings. That greatly improved the sway and overall handling. I was able to drop the front shocks to a medium setting and the harsh ride went away.
