Frustrated with Starcraft AR-ONE 14RB - At Dealer

While on our maiden voyage in our new Starcraft AR-ONE 14RB, the fridge stopped cooling (freezer was still cold). No breakers flipped, no fuses blew in the converter box. We had to run to Wall World...

For the fridge, is it possible you weren't level? Can't that make the fridge not work? For the smell/detector, I'd rent/borrow a gas leak detector or get a plumber/hvac guy with a detector to come out and check for leaks.
